Hollywood actor Tom Cruise is about to set a new record. So, he may become the first actor to film in outer space. This was told by producer Donna Langley in an interview with BBC News.

She noted that Tom Cruise is going to break new records. He opens up completely different horizons and can take part in a great project. So, as part of the new project, directed by Doug Liman, the 60-year-old actor will go on a rocket to the ISS, where an action scene will be filmed. Thus, Tom Cruise will become the first civilian to go into outer space.

The idea to make such a film appeared in 2020. And, most likely, the film crew will soon go to the ISS.
