The humanoid robot Optimus from Tesla has learned to dance. Elon Musk posted its dance on Twitter. According to him, this is not the generation of neural networks, but a real video. The humanoid was able to undergo reinforcement learning, a method based on simulating the learning process by trial and error.

A cable was attached to the back of the robot in case it falls. And the inventor himself called the humanoid dance an early result. Soon, the developers plan to show more dances, which a whole team is working on.

Sales of humanoid robots are planned to be launched in 2026-2027. They will cost about $ 20,000.

Recall that Amazon introduced the world’s first robot loader that senses objects like a person.
