  • Dark chocolate – 100 g
  • Cream (33%) – 200 ml
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Preparation:

  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
  • Whip the cream with sugar until thick.
  • Carefully mix the whipped cream with the melted chocolate, add vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mousse into the bowls and leave in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.

Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) – 200 g
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Yogurt – 150 ml
  • Honey – 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

  • Mix the berries, banana and yogurt in a blender.
  • Add honey to taste.
  • Whisk until smooth and serve immediately in glasses.

Caramelized Bananas

  • Bananas – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

  • Cut the bananas into slices.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan, add sugar and wait until it begins to melt.
  • Add lemon juice, then bananas, fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Curd cream with berries

  • Cottage cheese (9%) – 200 g
  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Icing sugar – 2 tbsp.

  • Pour the cream into glasses or bowls.
  • Decorate with fresh berries and serve immediately.
