Juicy Pan-Fried Cutlets

Ingredients:
- 500 g minced meat (pork or beef)
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 2 slices white bread
- 50 ml milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
- Soak the bread in milk for a few minutes.
- Finely chop the onion or blend it.
- Combine the minced meat, egg, bread, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Form small patties.
- Fry them in a preheated pan with oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve the patties with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, or a light salad.
Lazy Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:
- 500 g minced meat
- 200 g white cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 100 g rice
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
Method:
- Boil the rice until half-cooked.
- Fry the onion and carrot in a frying pan.
- Finely chop the cabbage.
- Mix the ground meat, rice, cabbage, and half of the sautéed mixture.
- Form small balls and place them in a baking dish.
- Mix the remaining sautéed mixture with tomato paste and a little water.
- Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls and simmer for about 25 minutes.
Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 12 large mushrooms
- 300 g ground meat
- 1 onion
- 100 g hard cheese
- salt and pepper
- a little vegetable oil
Method:
- Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms.
- Finely chop the stems and sauté with the onion.
- Add the ground meat and cook for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir. Fill the mushroom caps with the filling.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 ml tomato sauce
- salt and pepper

Directions:
- Mix the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form small balls.
- Fry them in a frying pan until golden brown.
- Add the tomato sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or potatoes.
Lavash with Minced Meat and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of lavash
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 onion
- 150 g hard cheese
- 1 egg
- salt and spices
Directions:
- Fry the onion with the minced meat in a frying pan until tender.
- Season with salt and your favorite spices.
- Place the filling on the lavash and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Roll and cut into portions.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.
- The roll will be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
