Sylvester Stallone is divorcing his wife

Model Jennifer Flavin has filed for divorce from her husband, Sylvester Stallone. The couple has been married for 25 years, according to Page Six.

The divorce petition was filed in Palm Beach County, Florida, stating that Stallone “deliberately embezzled family property.” This allegedly negatively affected the financial situation of the family. Jennifer Flavin demanded financial compensation and a ban for Stallone to dispose of family assets during the divorce.

Flavin also demands a fair division of joint property, sole use of the family mansion in Palm Beach until the end of the trial. This mansion has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a dock, a beach and a guest house.

Even Jennifer Flavin intends to return the maiden name.

Recall that rumors of a divorce appeared after Sylvester Stallone interrupted the tattoo on his shoulder with the face of Jennifer Flavin. The image of a dog appeared in place of her face. And on August 10, Flavin posted on Instagram with her daughters, writing that they are her priority, and the rest is not important.

In a comment to TMZ, Stallone said that he and his wife often quarreled. The last conflict occurred because of the dog depicted on his shoulder. But he also added that this was not the reason for the divorce. The actor noted that Jennifer Flavin is an amazing woman, and he will always love her.

Actor Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin got married in 1997. They have three daughters – Sophia, Sistine, Scarlett. The actor was also married to actress Sasha Zach, with whom he has sons Sage and Sergio, and to model Brigitte Nielsen.
