Oatmeal with berries and nuts

This breakfast option is suitable for those who like a combination of sweet and crunchy. Berries contain freshness and natural sweetness, and nuts – healthy fats and texture.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup water or milk
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1 tbsp. spoon of honey
- 1/4 cup of nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation:
- Pour water or milk into a small saucepan.
- Add oatmeal and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Put the finished oatmeal into a bowl, add berries, nuts, honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Oatmeal with banana and peanut butter

This recipe is perfect for those who like hearty and nutritious breakfasts.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1 cup of water or milk
- 1 fried banana
- 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Cook the oatmeal in water or milk, as in the previous recipe.
- Cut the banana.
- Place the peanut butter into the cooked oatmeal while it’s still hot to melt it.
- You’ll top it with a slice of banana and, if you like, a little honey and a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats (coarse is best)
- 2 cups milk (plant milk can be substituted)
- 1 large apple, peeled and diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds) – optional
- Additional toppings: raisins, cranberries or other dried fruits – to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish (approximately 20×20 cm) with butter.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey or maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add the oats, baking powder, and cinnamon to the egg mixture. Mix well.
- Add the chopped apples and, if using, the nuts or dried fruit.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the oats are golden and set.
- Allow the baked oats to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Baked oats can be served warm. They go well with yogurt, apples, nuts, or even a spoonful of honey.
