Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of honey
  • 1/4 cup of nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Preparation:

  • Pour water or milk into a small saucepan.
  • Add oatmeal and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Put the finished oatmeal into a bowl, add berries, nuts, honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  • 2 cups rolled oats (coarse is best)
  • 2 cups milk (plant milk can be substituted)
