- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45-50 minutes. Leave the finished Easter to cool in the mold for 10-15 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a plate and let cool completely.

- 500 g of cottage cheese;
- 4 eggs;
- 200 g of sugar;
- 100 g raisins;
- 50 g of oil;
- 50 g of semolina;
- a pinch of salt.
Cooking:
- Sort the raisins, pour boiling water over them and leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water.
- Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, semolina, melted butter, yolks and raisins to it, mix.
- Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat until stiff.
- Carefully add egg whites to the curd mass and mix well.
- Put the curd mass in a baking dish, greased with butter, tamp and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
