Ingredients
For the dough:
- Flour – 150 g
- Cocoa powder – 30 g
- Sugar – 2 tbsp.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Milk – 300 ml
- Water (warm) – 100 ml
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
- A pinch of salt
For serving:
- Chocolate sauce or melted chocolate
- Fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- Whipped cream (optional)

Step-by-step recipe for making chocolate pancakes
- In a deep bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly with a whisk to avoid lumps.
- In a separate container, lightly beat the eggs. Add milk and warm water, mix well. Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, constantly stirring with a whisk.
- Add vegetable oil to the finished dough and mix thoroughly again. The dough should be uniform and liquid.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease it with a small amount of oil. Pour in a portion of the dough, spread it evenly over the pan in a thin layer. Fry the pancakes on each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Stack the finished chocolate pancakes on a plate. Drizzle them with chocolate sauce or melted chocolate. Add fresh berries and whipped cream for decoration.
