Step-by-step recipe for making chocolate pancakes

  • In a deep bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly with a whisk to avoid lumps.
  • In a separate container, lightly beat the eggs. Add milk and warm water, mix well. Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, constantly stirring with a whisk.
  • Add vegetable oil to the finished dough and mix thoroughly again. The dough should be uniform and liquid.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease it with a small amount of oil. Pour in a portion of the dough, spread it evenly over the pan in a thin layer. Fry the pancakes on each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Stack the finished chocolate pancakes on a plate. Drizzle them with chocolate sauce or melted chocolate. Add fresh berries and whipped cream for decoration.
