Ingredients
- 350 g cottage cheese;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of flour;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of semolina;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 2 teaspoons sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 100 g fresh pitted cherries;
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Step-by-step preparation
- First prepare the cottage cheese by rubbing it through a sieve. It is important that it has a uniform structure, without lumps.
- Add flour, semolina, sugar and salt, and egg to the cottage cheese. Stir the dough until smooth.
- You need to form small cakes from the mixture, place 2-3 cherries in the center of each and cover them with dough to make round cheesecakes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cheesecakes. It is better if the fire is low so that your dish is properly fried and does not burn. Basically, to prepare it, it’s enough to fry the cheesecakes for 2-3 minutes on each side.
