Cutlets with mushroom filling
Such dishes can be eaten with a light salad or a simple side dish. It’s easy to prepare them.
Ingredients:
- 500 g minced meat (beef, pork or a mixture of both)
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 100 gr mushrooms, finely chopped
- 50 gr cheese, finely grated
- 2 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs
- Salt, pepper to taste
Step by step preparation:
- Mix minced meat, egg, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix mushrooms and cheese in a bowl.
- Blind the patties by placing a small amount of filling in the middle of each patty and covering the filling well with the patty.
- Roll cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
Cutlets stuffed with spinach and feta
They will please with their unusual taste, as well as light sourness. Read how to cook them.

- 500 gr minced meat (chicken, turkey or beef)
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 50 g fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 50 gr feta, finely chopped
- Salt, pepper to taste

- Mix spinach and feta in a bowl.
