  • 1/4 cup olive oil

How to prepare a dish?

Mix ground coffee, paprika, sugar, salt, red pepper and garlic powder in a bowl. Place the pork chops in a bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture. Heat up the grill and brush it with olive oil. Place the chops on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until cooked through.

  • 3 art. spoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¼ cup milk
  • 1 st. ground coffee spoon
  • 1 egg
  • 3 art. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped chocolate

Step by step cooking

Step 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set aside for a while.

Step 2. In another bowl, mix milk and ground coffee. Let it sit for a few minutes, then add the egg, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients.

Step 3. Add the milk mixture to the flour bowl and stir until smooth. Add the chopped chocolate and stir gently so that the chocolate is evenly distributed.

Step 4: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Put a small spoonful of oil into the pan. When the butter is melted, pour half a cup of batter into the pan.

Step 5. Cook pancakes over medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown.

Step 6. Repeat the process until all the dough has been used.

Introducing a classic Italian dessert that consists of coffee-soaked layers of mascarpone cheese and layers of savoiardi (Italian boat-type cookies).

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs, separated into whites and yolks
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups strong coffee, chilled
  • 1 cup marsala or brandy
  • 24-30 Savoiardi (Italian cookies)
  • 2 glasses of mascarpone
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Cocoa for topping

Tiramisu step by step

Step 1. In a large bowl, beat egg yolks with 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 2. Add the mascarpone to the bowl and mix well.

Step 3. In another bowl, beat the whites with the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar until fluffy white foam.

Step 4. Add whipped whites to a bowl with mascarpone and yolks, and mix gently.

Step 5. In a deep plate or rectangular shape, lay out the savoiardi, immersing them a little in a mixture of coffee and marsala or brandy. Coat the first layer of savoiardi with mascarpone-yolk mixture.

Step 6. Repeat the process, covering the savoiardi layer with the mascarpone-yolk mixture and continuing in layers until everything is gone.

Step 7. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for a few hours to cool down and thicken the mixture.

Step 8. Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa before serving.
