Walnuts are often used to create delicious dishes. They can be added not only to baked goods, but also to salads. In this case, you will get a very tasty and unusual dish. We at joy-pup offer four recipes for salads with walnuts.
Salad with nuts and goat cheese
Ingredients:
- 200 g mixed lettuce (arugula, spinach, lettuce)
- 100 g walnuts
- 150 g grapes
- 100 g goat cheese
- 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
- 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step preparation:
- Chop the lettuce leaves and place them in a large bowl.
- Add walnuts, grapes and diced goat cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the salad and mix thoroughly.
Caesar salad with walnuts
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 200 g salad
- 100 g walnuts
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- 2 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step preparation:
- Grill the chicken breasts and cut them into strips.
- Boil the eggs in a saucepan for 7-8 minutes, then cool and cut into quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, eggs and walnuts.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Salad with walnuts and feta cheese
Ingredients:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 150 g fresh mint
- 100 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
- 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step preparation:
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes and place in a bowl.
- Add fresh mint and walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, combine honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the salad and stir.
Salad with walnuts and oranges
Ingredients:
- 3 oranges
- 100 g walnuts
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 g black olives
- 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
- 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step preparation:
- Peel the oranges and cut into slices.
- Add oranges, walnuts, feta and olives to a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the salad and mix gently.
