Salmon casserole with potatoes and cheese
Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet – 500 g
- Potatoes – 4 pcs.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Sour cream – 200 g
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Greens (parsley, dill) – to taste
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Finely chop the onion.
- Cut the salmon fillet into pieces.
- In a deep baking dish, place a layer of potatoes, then salmon and onions.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, grated cheese, finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Cover the fish layer with the resulting mixture.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Casserole with tuna and vegetables
Ingredients:
- Tuna fillet – 400 g
- Eggplant – 1 pc.
- Red pepper – 1 pc.
- Zucchini – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon – 1 pc.
- Provençal herbs, salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the tuna and vegetables into large pieces.
- Fry them in olive oil in a frying pan until half cooked.
- Place everything in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with herbs, salt, pepper and add finely chopped garlic.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.
Cod casserole with potatoes and mushrooms
Ingredients:
- Cod fillet – 500 g
- Potatoes – 5 pcs.
- Mushrooms – 200 g
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Butter – 3 tbsp. spoons
- Cream – 150 ml
- Quail eggs – 5 pcs.
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the potatoes into slices, mushrooms and onions finely.
- Fry onions and mushrooms in butter.
- In a baking dish, place the potatoes, mushrooms and onions on top, and then the cod.
- Pour cream over everything, salt and pepper.
- Beat in the quail eggs and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
