Spaghetti with shrimps in garlic sauce

Ingredients:

  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 300 g shrimp, peeled
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for decoration

Preparation:

  • Cook spaghetti in salted water until done.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic until golden brown.
  • Add shrimp and fry until golden brown.
  • Place the cooked spaghetti in the pan and toss with the shrimp and garlic sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Shrimp curry

Ingredients:

  • 500 g shrimp, peeled
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of Thai red curry paste
  • 1 large onion, cut into rings
  • 1 red pepper, cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of brown sugar
  • Basil leaves for garnish

Preparation:

  • Combine coconut milk and curry paste in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Add onion and pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and cook until fully cooked.
  • Season with fish sauce and sugar and stir.
  • Serve with cooked rice and garnish with basil leaves.

Shrimp in garlic sauce with lemon and pepper

Ingredients:

  • 400 g shrimp, peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Preparation:

  • Fry the shrimp in olive oil until golden brown.
  • Add garlic, fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour lemon juice and zest over shrimp and stir.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Shrimp in orange sauce with ginger and honey

Ingredients:

  • 400 g shrimp, peeled
  • Juice and zest of 2 oranges
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Fry the shrimp in sesame oil until cooked through.
  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice and zest, honey, ginger and garlic.
  • Add the sauce to the shrimp and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds, on a bed of cooked rice.
