Ingredients:

  • 200 g cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, cut into rings
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 g olives
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, fresh herbs to taste

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

  • 200 g cheese
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Preparation:

Heat honey in a frying pan, add mustard and rosemary. Fry the cheese on both sides in a frying pan, then generously drizzle with honey-mustard glaze. Serve hot.
