Ingredients:

  • 250 g tuna fillet
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Cut the tuna fillet into cubes and fry in olive oil until cooked.
  • Place the tuna in a blender and add the garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Grind until smooth.
  • Place the pate into bowls and garnish with fresh herbs.

Fish pate with shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 200 g pollock fillet
  • 150 g shrimp, peeled
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Cut the pollock fillet into pieces and fry in butter along with chopped onion.
  • In a blender, combine pollock with shrimp, eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Grind until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture into molds and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.

  • 250 g cod fillet
  • 100 g pollock fillet
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Fry cod and pollock fillets along with onions in vegetable oil until cooked.
  • In a blender, combine the fried ingredients with eggs, coconut milk, walnuts, salt and pepper. Grind until smooth.
  • Place the mixture in a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
