- 1.3 kg of rabbit;
- 2 bulbs;
- 20 pcs. prunes;
- 750 ml of red wine;
- 2 Art. l. vegetable oil;
- 100 g of bacon;
- 1 pc. carrots;
- 1 pc. celery root;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 300 ml. chicken broth;
- salt, black pepper.
Step-by-step recipe:
- Wash the rabbit thoroughly, dry it and cut it into 8 pieces.
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- Put the rabbit meat, prunes and chopped onions in a bowl, pour wine and pepper. Put in the refrigerator against the night. In the morning, the wine must be drained.
- Take a duck pot or a large pot, pour oil and fry pieces of rabbit in batches.
- Cut bacon, carrots, and celery into small cubes. Chop the garlic. Put in a pan, add onions from the rabbit and fry until golden. Add the broth, bring to a boil and put the rabbit in it.
- Stew the meat over low heat for about an hour, add prunes 20 minutes before the end of cooking. Pepper, salt the dish, you can also add other spices.
Rabbit in white wine for the New Year
This simple and very tasty dish will appeal to all guests. You will need:
- 500 g of rabbit;
- 250 ml of white wine;
- 4 Art. l. flour;
- 30 g of vegetable oil;

Step by step preparation
- Cut the rabbit into pieces, wash the pieces in running water.
- Pour white wine over the meat, cover with a film and leave to marinate for 6-8 hours.
- Dry the pieces of rabbit with paper towels, roll them in flour.

- 900 g of rabbit;
- 800 g of potatoes;
- 1 carrot;
- 100 g of sour cream;
- 2 Art. l. Adjikas;
- 3 Art. l. vegetable oil;
- salt, spices to taste.
Step by step preparation
- Cut the rabbit carcass into pieces, wash it and dry it with paper towels.
- In a deep bowl, mix sour cream and adjika, add a pinch of salt and spices. Coat pieces of rabbit meat with this mass, leave it to marinate for about 1 hour.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Place it in a large bowl. Add the carrots cut into circles. Pour a little oil over the vegetables, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
- Put potatoes, carrots, rabbit with marinade in a baking sleeve. Tie it on both sides. Make several punctures with a knife on top so that extra steam comes out of the sleeve.
