Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of light toast;
  • 250 g champignons;
  • 2 pears;
  • 200 g camembert;
  • 50 g of salad;
  • 150 g cream cheese;
  • Pine nuts;
  • sunflower seeds;
  • butter;
  • liquid honey;
  • balsamic vinegar;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the mushrooms, cut and fry in butter. When they turn brown, season with salt, add a spoonful of balsamic vinegar and let the balsamic boil.
  2. Cut the pears into strips and fry in butter. Once the pear slices are tender, pour over the honey. Then add some pine nuts and sunflower seeds to caramelize them as well. Finally, cut the camembert into slices and add to the rest briefly to melt slightly.
  3. Use a cookie cutter to cut stars out of square slices of white bread using a cookie cutter. You will need 4 stars of different sizes for each sandwich. They can be lightly toasted if desired.
  4. Spread the stars with cream cheese. Place the smallest star on top of the tree. The order of the remaining ingredients is determined by yourself. Use a toothpick to keep the sandwich tight.

For cooking you will need:

  • smoked salmon – 100 g;
  • cream cheese – 50 g;
  • fresh herbs;
  • black bread – 7 slices.

How to cook:

  1. Make a herb cheese cream. To do this, place the cheese and chopped herbs in a blender. Whisk everything well.
  2. Use a glass or glass to cut out circles from the flesh of the bread.
  3. Spread cheese cream over them and place thin slices of salmon on top.

  • bread.

For this you will need :

  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • boiled eggs – 2-3 pcs .;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l .;
  • fresh cucumber;
  • loaf;
  • sprats.

The proportions are approximate, depending on the number of servings.

How to cook:

Grate cheese, eggs on a coarse grater. Toss them with mayonnaise. Spread on slices of bread, add sprats and garnish with a cucumber slice sail.

Ingredients:

  • herring fillet – 2 pcs.;
  • butter – 100 g;
  • soft processed cheese – 50 g;
  • pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
  • black bread;
  • Dill.

1. Remove the oil from the refrigerator beforehand to soften. Finely chop the dill and mix with butter and melted cheese.

2. Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes. Blot excess moisture with a paper towel.

3. Place the herring fillets overlapped on plastic wrap, cover on top and beat lightly with a hammer.

4. Spread the fillet with the creamy cheese mixture and top with the cucumbers.
