Vases from pencils

You will need:

• Pencils (colored or regular).
• Narrow band.
• Ribbons, paper or fabric for decoration.

How to make a vase:

• Take the pencils and carefully tie them together with a narrow rubber band so that you get a round bar.
• You need to shape the bar to create a vase, or leave it as it is.
• Trim the top of the pencils if necessary.
• Decorate the vase with ribbons, brightly colored papers or fabrics. You can add a bow or small brooch for extra decoration.

Pencil cups

You will need:

• Short pencils in different colors and sizes.
• Thin rubber.
• Hot glue.

Instructions:

• Gather the pencils in a pile and carefully tie them with a rubber band to keep them together.
• Trim the top of the pencils so they are the same height.
• Gently apply hot glue to the bottom of the cup and attach the pencils round side down.
• Let the glue dry.
• Now you have stylish and original cups that can be used for office supplies or for storing other small things.
