British actor Daniel Craig, who played “007”, was awarded an honorary award at Windsor Castle. The award was presented to James Bond by Princess Anne.
Daniel Craig received the Order of St. Michael and St. George for his outstanding contribution to the development of cinema and theater. A photo from the ceremony was published on the official page of the royal family.
By the way, Daniel Craig’s film character James Bond, in a series of novels by Ian Fleming, received the same award.
The actor has starred in films about the famous agent since 2006. He appeared in five films, where he played the main role. And the last James Bond film with his participation was released in 2021 under the title No Time to Die.
