Oscar-winning actor, singer, and stand-up comedian Jamie Foxx was accused of rape. According to the victim, it happened 8 years ago. The woman, who decided to hide her name, sued the star of the films “Spider-Man,” “Django Unchained,” and “Ray.”
In her lawsuit, the victim noted that the incident occurred in August 2015 at around 11:00 pm in a restaurant in New York. The woman sued not only the actor, but also the owners of the establishment, demanding compensation and penalties.
According to TMZ, the woman asked the actor to take a photo with him. He did not refuse, and then dragged her away with him. At the same time, he complimented her that she had a supermodel figure and smelled good. The actor pulled the woman onto the back deck of the restaurant, placed both hands on her waist and slid them under her top. The plaintiff reported that the actor appeared drunk.
The woman also claims that the actor put his hand down her pants. She saw that the guard and other people were watching all this. But no one did anything. The woman was saved by her friend, who approached them. The actor allegedly got scared of the girl and stopped touching his victim.
According to the plaintiff, she received injuries and was forced to undergo treatment. She also experienced suffering, pain, and emotional distress.
The actor’s representative said that no such incident occurred. In addition, in 2020, a woman filed an almost identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. But the case was dropped. The actor is ready to sue the girl by filing a lawsuit for malicious prosecution.
