Davis was one of four suspects, but police did not have charges against him. Now, according to the laws of the state of Nevada, a criminal can go to prison as one who helped commit a murder. According to Las Vegas police homicide lieutenant Jason Johansson, Dwayne Davis was the mastermind and organizer of the plan to kill Tupac Shakur.

Recall that in 2018, Davis admitted that he gave a weapon to his nephew so that he would shoot Tupac. Shortly before this, a dispute arose between his nephew and the rapper. As the criminal said, they followed the artist’s car in a car. Davis initially gave the gun to his partner, but he refused. Then Baby Lane took the weapon and shot the rapper.
