Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are officially divorced

Hollywood actors Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have officially divorced. This happened 8 years after the actress filed for divorce.

It was Angelina Jolie who initiated the breakup with her husband, stating in the court documents the reason for “irreconcilable differences.” And now the marriage of the former spouses has been officially dissolved. The couple came to an agreement on legal issues, and all the documents were completed on December 30.

As James Simon, the actress’s lawyer, said, she filed for divorce from Brad Pitt more than 8 years ago. She and her children left behind all the property that she shared with the actor. Since then, Jolie has focused on finding peace and healing for her family.

For many years, the actors have been in court over custody of their children and the division of their common property. Previously, Brad Pitt refused to claim the right to 50% custody. Now he has given all the property acquired during the marriage to the children and his ex-wife.
