The movie star said she was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She started chemotherapy. The actress also said that this is a well treatable cancer. Up to 80% of people survive, so she feels very lucky.
The actress also stated that she has health insurance and access to the best doctors and treatments. At the same time, Jane Fonda said that almost every family in America has had or has to deal with cancer at one time or another. Many do not have access to quality health care, and this is wrong.
Jane Fonda started a 6 month course of treatment. She takes it pretty well. At the same time, the actress is not going to postpone her affairs and will continue to engage in social activities.
