Famous actor Kevin Costner is suing ex-wife Christine Baumgartner. The couple argue over child support for three children and a shared home.
Costner’s ex-wife demanded $250,000 in child support from him. Also, according to the Daily Mail, she wants full coverage of medical expenses, recreation and education of children.
The actor himself does not agree with such conditions. He is ready to pay no more than 50 thousand dollars a month. But the court made a completely different decision. As of now, Kostner will pay Baumgartner $130,000 monthly. All expenses for children will be paid by the former couple jointly.
Also, following a court decision, Baumgartner must vacate the house by the end of July. Kristin also petitioned the court to contest the marriage contract and take half of Costner’s fortune. At the moment, he has $ 250 million in his accounts.
