British actor Ray Stevenson has died in Italy at the age of 58. He is known for his roles in the films Thor, Star Wars, Divergent, Rome and others.
On May 22, Ray Stevenson became ill on set in Italy. There he took part in the filming of the film “Casino in Ischia”. According to Variety, the actor was rushed to Rizzoli Hospital. But they couldn’t save him. The exact cause of death has not been specified.
Ray Stevenson was born in 1964 in Northern Ireland. He starred in many cult series and films. For example, the actor appeared as the main antagonist in the TV series Dexter. He was also nominated for an Oscar for his role as Governor Scott Buxton in the blockbuster RRR. Stevenson is survived by three sons.
