Salad with mushrooms and spinach
For this dish, you need to prepare the following ingredients:
- 200 g fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 50 g chopped walnuts
Step by step cooking
- Step 1: Saute the mushrooms over medium heat until golden brown. Let them cool down.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine spinach, onion, mushrooms and walnuts.
- Step 3: Add any dressing of your choice and mix gently. Serve immediately.
Mushroom salad with avocado and tomatoes
Avocados go great with mushrooms. And to prepare a salad, you will need:
- 250 g fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
Step by step cooking
- Step 1: Saute the mushrooms over medium heat until golden brown. Let them cool down.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Step 3: Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix and serve.
Mushroom salad with potatoes and arugula
Such a nutritious dish can be eaten on its own. For it, you should prepare the following ingredients:
- 200 g fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 300 g boiled potato cubes
- 100 g fresh arugula
- 1 small red chili, finely chopped
Step by step cooking
- Step 1: Saute the mushrooms over medium heat until golden brown. Let them cool down.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, potatoes, arugula, and chili peppers.
- Step 3: Drizzle salad with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and serve.
Mushroom salad with cucumbers and yogurt
For this easy salad, you will need the following ingredients:
- 200 g fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Step by step cooking
- Step 1: Saute the mushrooms over medium heat until golden brown. Let them cool down.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, cucumbers, red onion and dill.
- Step 3: Prepare the sauce by mixing together 3 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt, the juice of half a lemon, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over salad before serving.
