  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Step by step preparation:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add chicken and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
