Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 1 bagel
- 1 egg
- 20 g grated parmesan
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
- A little greenery (optional: spinach, parsley, green onions)

Step-by-step preparation of bagel with egg and parmesan:
- Cut the bagel in half and lightly brown it in a dry frying pan or toaster until the crust becomes crispy.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add butter for flavor. Break the egg and cook it over low heat for 3-4 minutes until the white sets and the yolk remains slightly runny. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the egg on the bottom half of the bagel. Sprinkle it with grated Parmesan – it will melt a little from the heat. Add fresh herbs if desired. Cover with the second half of the bagel.
