  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of toast
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by step preparation:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  • Cut a round hole in the middle of each piece of toast.
  • Put it in the pan and crack the eggs into the holes.
  • Fry until the yolk is cooked under the lid.
  • Separately cut the avocado into cubes and season with salt.

Step by step preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl until smooth.

Prepare the simplest scrambled eggs by adding mushrooms to it. For this you will need the following ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g fresh mushrooms (champignons, chanterelles, etc.), sliced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Step by step preparation:

  • Heat up a frying pan and add butter.
  • Sauté the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms and sauté until they are soft.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 more minute.

  • Cook the scrambled eggs to your desired doneness, leaving the yolks slightly runny.

Protein pancakes

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (baking soda)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Step by step preparation:

  • Whisk the egg whites in a bowl.
  • Add mashed banana, oatmeal, milk, baking powder and cinnamon, mix thoroughly.
