Step by step preparation:

Prepare the simplest scrambled eggs by adding mushrooms to it. For this you will need the following ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g fresh mushrooms (champignons, chanterelles, etc.), sliced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Step by step preparation:
- Heat up a frying pan and add butter.
- Sauté the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms and sauté until they are soft.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 more minute.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Protein pancakes

- 4 egg whites
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup milk (regular or plant-based)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (baking soda)

Step by step preparation:
