Cooking:
- Cut the fish fillet into small portions.
- Whisk the egg in a bowl, add the salt, pepper, turmeric, curry powder, flour and club soda. Mix well until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- In another bowl, prepare the coconut flake coating.
- Heat up the oil in a frying pan.
