- 1 tsp. honey (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mustard and honey.
- Gradually pour in olive oil, whisking constantly until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Greek Lemon Oregano Dressing
This light and flavorful dressing is especially good for salads with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic and oregano.
- Pour in olive oil, whisking until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper, adjust taste to your preference.
Honey Mustard Dressing
This sweet and spicy dressing is great for green salads with chicken, bacon or nuts.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Yogurt Dressing

- 100 g natural yogurt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard

- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan

Preparation:
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and garlic.
- Add grated Parmesan and mix thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix until smooth.
Tahini Dressing with Sesame
This dressing is perfect for Asian or Eastern salads with vegetables, chickpeas and herbs.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp water
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation:
- Mix tahini, soy sauce, lemon juice and honey in a bowl.
- Add water to make the dressing more liquid.
- Mix all ingredients well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving, if desired.
