Liver in sour cream sauce with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork liver
- 200 g mushrooms (champignons or chanterelles)
- 1 bulb
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream
- 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil
- Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the liver into cubes, finely chop the onion, and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and mushrooms until soft.
- Add the pork liver and fry until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- After this, add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with herbs.
Liver with onions and apples
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork liver
- 2 onions
- 2 apples
- 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the liver into pieces, chop the onion, and cut the apples into slices.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
- Add the liver and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Then add the apples and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Pork liver in cream sauce
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork liver
- 1 tbsp. spoon of flour
- 2 tbsp. spoons of butter
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the liver into cubes and roll in flour.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the liver until golden brown.
- Add the cream and vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
Asian style liver
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork liver
- 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sesame oil
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the liver into strips and fry them in sesame oil until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger.
- Add this mixture to the fried liver and cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to absorb a little.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve Asian-style liver sprinkled with sesame seeds and fresh herbs.
