Step 1: Prepare materials

Collect the plants you like. It can be flowers, branches, leaves, berries. Also add other natural elements such as rocks. Plants, if desired, can be artificial.

When choosing plants, make sure they visually blend with each other. You can also use color accents to create interesting contrasts.

Step 2: Preparing the Container

Select the container to be used for your composition. It can be ceramic, glass or wood. You can also take a regular plastic pot, but it should fit the interior where your ikebana will stand.

Prepare the container by filling it with water or using other special supports that can help support the plants.

Step 3: Composition

Start by placing the largest elements in the composition. It can be large branches or flowers. Place them in a container based on their natural shape and direction of growth. Then add smaller elements to fill in the empty spaces in the composition. Plants can be placed in groups or separately from each other, creating interesting compositional solutions. Remember to pay attention to the balance and proportions of the composition so that it looks harmonious.

Step 4: Completion

When you have finished the composition, you can add other elements such as stones to it. Check that all elements are firmly and stable in the container.
