The court dismissed the claim in the case against Marilyn Manson. According to Page Six, the case concerns model Ashley Smithline. She accused the famous singer of sexual assault and abuse. The couple is known to have been together for two years.
After Ashley filed a lawsuit, her lawyer refused to represent her in court. The model tried to find a new lawyer, but could not do it before the deadline, namely December. Thus, her claim had to be dismissed. But the model can submit it again.
Ashley Smithline, in an interview with People, said that she was one of the singer’s victims. So, the model noted that Manson raped her and beat her. In addition, he punished her by sending her to the “bad girl room” – a locked transparent cube that was installed in the artist’s room. The model also noted that the artist carried out bloodshed, he left an autograph on his body with a knife, drank blood, cut his stomach, carrying out bloody acts. All these events took place in the Manson house in 2010, but his representatives deny everything.
