Salad with champignons and chicken
Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh champignons
- 200 g chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 150 g hard cheese
- 200 g mayonnaise
- Greens to taste
Step by step recipe:
- Finely chop the champignons and fry until golden.
- Boil the chicken fillet and cut into cubes.
- Finely chop the onion and fry.
- Boil the eggs and cut into cubes.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Mix all ingredients, add mayonnaise and garnish with herbs.
Salad with mushrooms and beef
Ingredients:
- 400 g mushrooms (of your choice)
- 150 g beef
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 100 g mayonnaise
- Salt, pepper to taste
Step by step recipe:
- Fry the mushrooms until cooked.
- Boil the beef and cut into strips.
- Finely chop the onion and fry.
- Boil the eggs and cut into cubes.
- Mix all ingredients, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Salad with mushrooms and ham
Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh mushrooms
- 200 g ham
- 1 red onion
- 2 eggs
- 150 g walnuts
- 200 g sour cream
- Greens to taste
Step by step recipe:
- Chop the mushrooms and fry in a frying pan.
- Cut the ham into thin strips.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Boil the eggs and cut into cubes.
- Grind the walnuts.
- Mix all ingredients, add sour cream and garnish with herbs.
Salad with mushrooms and olives
Ingredients:
- 300 g porcini mushrooms
- 200 g boiled chicken breast
- 1 red onion
- 2 eggs
- 150 g olives (pitted)
- 4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- Salt, pepper to taste
Step by step recipe:
- Fry the porcini mushrooms until cooked.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Boil the eggs and cut into cubes.
- Cut the olives in half.
- Mix all ingredients, add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Salad with mushrooms and avocado
Ingredients:
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 avocado
- 2 tomatoes
- 150 g walnuts
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil
- Greens to taste
Step by step recipe:
- Fry the mushrooms until cooked.
- Cut the avocado into small slices.
- Cut the tomato and onion into slices
- Chop the walnuts.
- Mix all ingredients, add olive oil.
