- 1/2 cup peanuts, crushed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
Step by step preparation:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add peanuts, soy sauce, hot peppers and sugar. Mix all the ingredients so that they are well combined.
- Cook an additional 3-5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and all ingredients are well heated through.
- Garnish the dish with green onions. Thai Kung Pao is ready!
Pasta with lemon and spinach
