Omelet with salmon and green onions
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 50 g salmon, diced
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
Preparation:
- Beat eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the salmon for 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs and stir until done.
- Sprinkle the omelet with green onions and serve.
Omelet with avocado and tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- Half an avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt, pepper and fresh herbs to taste
- 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil
Preparation:
- Beat eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and add the avocado and tomatoes.
- Cook until the omelette has set.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
Omelette with spinach and feta
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 50 g fresh spinach
- 30 g feta, diced
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- 1 tbsp. spoon of butter
Preparation:
- Beat eggs in a bowl and add salt, pepper, nutmeg.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Add spinach and sauté.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and add the feta.
- Cook until done and serve.
Omelet with mushrooms and cheese
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 50 g mushrooms, chopped
- 30g grated cheese (preferably cheddar)
- Salt, pepper and green onions to taste
- 1 tbsp. spoon of butter
Preparation:
- Beat eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the mushrooms until golden brown.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and top with mushrooms, cheese and green onions.
- Serve when the cheese has melted.
Omelette with turmeric and coconut milk
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tbsp. spoons of coconut milk
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. spoon of coconut oil
Preparation:
- Beat eggs in a bowl and add turmeric, coconut milk, salt, pepper.
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until done.
- Serve with a drizzle of fresh coconut milk over the omelet.
