  • 200g grated cheese (preferably cheddar)
  • 100g bacon, fried and chopped
  • Salt, pepper, mixture of dried herbs

Preparation:

  • Cut the potatoes into thin strips, salt and pepper.
  • Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Place the fried potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
  • Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven (200°C) and bake until the cheese has melted and turned golden.
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve hot.

Preparation:
