Classic granola with honey and nuts

Ingredients:
- 3 cups oatmeal
 - 1 cup walnuts (or other nuts of your choice), chopped
 - 1/2 cup honey
 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup dried fruits
 
Step-by-step preparation:
- In a preheated oven at 180 degrees, fry the oatmeal and chopped nuts for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
 - In a bowl, mix honey, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and salt. Add the toasted oatmeal and nuts, stirring thoroughly.
 - Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray, level and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
 - Stir the granola occasionally during cooking to avoid burning.
 - After baking, add dried fruit (e.g. raisins, dried apricots) and let the granola cool completely before using.
 
Granola with berries and almonds

Ingredients:
- 2 cups oatmeal
 - 1 cup almonds, chopped
 - 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
 
Step-by-step preparation:
- Combine oats, almonds, honey (or maple syrup), oil and cinnamon in a large bowl.
 - Distribute the mixture evenly over a baking tray and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
 - Stir the granola occasionally during cooking to ensure even baking.
 - Remove from oven, let cool and add fresh berries before serving.
 
Granola with pumpkin seeds

Ingredients:
- 3 cups oatmeal
 - 1 cup pumpkin seeds
 - 1/2 cup honey
 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon ginger
 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 - 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
 - 1 cup raisins or dried apricots (optional)
 
Step-by-step preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine oats, pumpkin seeds, honey, oil and spices.
 - Spread the mixture evenly over a baking tray and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
 - Bake the granola for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even browning.
 - Once cooked, add raisins or dried apricots for extra sweetness and flavor.
