Mussels in white wine with garlic and herbs
Ingredients:
- 1 kg fresh mussels
- 1 bottle of white wine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh herbs (parsley, dill), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Rinse the mussels thoroughly under cold water.
- Heat white wine in a deep frying pan or saucepan until boiling.
- Add mussels, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Stir and cook, covered, until the mussels open.
- Place the finished dish in a deep plate, pour over the sauce in which the dish was prepared, and serve with a fresh baguette.
Mussels in coconut milk with ginger and lemongrass
Ingredients:
- 1 kg mussels
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. spoon of grated ginger
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons finely chopped lemon grass
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Clean and rinse the mussels.
- In a deep skillet, combine coconut milk, ginger, lemongrass, salt and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the mussels and cook until they open completely.
- Serve in deep bowls, topped with coconut sauce.
Pasta with mussels and tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 500 g spaghetti
- 1 kg mussels
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. spoon of tomato paste
- Fresh basil and parmesan for serving
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, cook spaghetti in salted water until tender.
- Fry garlic in a deep frying pan, add tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook until a juicy sauce forms.
- Add the mussels to the sauce and cook until they open.
- Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta and sprinkle with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
