Chicken skewers
Chicken skewers are a classic grilled dish that can be cooked all year round using the oven or skillet. To prepare chicken skewers you will need:
- Chicken fillet – 500 grams
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step by step cooking
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and place them in a bowl. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients and leave for 30 minutes to let the chicken absorb the flavors.
Pierce the meat on wooden skewers and place on the grill or in the oven. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 15 minutes.
Chicken salad with avocado
Avocado Chicken Salad is an easy but nutritious dish that can be prepared in minutes. To make Chicken Avocado Salad, you will need:
- Chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
- Lettuce leaves – 1 bunch
- Cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.
- Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Avocado – 1 pc.
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step by step cooking
- First, cook the chicken fillet. Cut it into pieces and fry in a pan over medium heat until it is ready. Let cool.
- Place lettuce leaves in a large bowl. Add chopped cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, avocados.
- Mix ingredients with chicken fillet, salt and pepper. Then add olive oil and lemon juice. Stir. Salad ready!
Chicken cutlets
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 1 egg
- 1 bulb
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt, pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Rinse the chicken fillet and chop finely.
- Chop onion and garlic and add to beef.
- Add egg and breadcrumbs, mix well.
- Shape into patties and roll in the remaining breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the finished cutlets with herbs and serve with a side dish.
Fried chicken fillet with vegetables
For this dish you will need chicken fillet, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and fry in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown. Add finely chopped onions, chopped carrots and peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, then add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for 1-2 more minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
