Materials:

• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup salt
• 1/2 cup water
• Large mixing bowl
• Spoon
• Cookie cutters

Step 1: Start by combining the bulk products. Pour flour and salt into a bowl, stir thoroughly with a spoon.
