Classic chicken cutlets

Ingredients:
- 500 g minced chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Step-by-step preparation:
- In a deep bowl, combine minced chicken, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and egg.
- Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
- Form cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Chicken cutlets with mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 400 g minced chicken
- 200 g mushrooms, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. spoons of butter
- Salt, pepper and herbs to taste
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
Step-by-step preparation:
- Fry the onion in oil until translucent, add the mushrooms and fry until done.
- Mix mushrooms with minced chicken, add egg, salt, pepper and herbs.
- Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.
Asian chicken cutlets

- 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. spoon of grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Step-by-step preparation:
- Mix the ground chicken with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
- Form cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

- Mix minced chicken with pumpkin, lemon juice and zest, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and herbs.
- Form cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
