Cheese balls

Ingredients:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g curd cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup finely chopped herbs (parsley, basil, or dill)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs
Step by step preparation:
- In a deep bowl, combine the cream cheese, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, nuts, and herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Form mixture into small balls and roll in breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs.

- Cut the dough into crackers of any shape and bake them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes until they turn golden.
Cheese dip with vegetables

Ingredients:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Various vegetables for serving (paprika, celery, carrots)
Step by step preparation:
- In a deep bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the resulting mixture to a deep baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the dip is golden and fluffy.
- Serve with colorful vegetables such as paprika, celery and carrots cut into strips.
