  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g curd cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped herbs (parsley, basil, or dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs

Step by step preparation:

  • In a deep bowl, combine the cream cheese, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, nuts, and herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Form mixture into small balls and roll in breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs.
  • Put the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden.

Step by step preparation:

  • Add oil and water and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  • Roll out the dough on a sheet of baking paper to a thickness of about 3 mm.
  • Cut the dough into crackers of any shape and bake them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes until they turn golden.

Cheese dip with vegetables

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Various vegetables for serving (paprika, celery, carrots)

Step by step preparation:

  • In a deep bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the resulting mixture to a deep baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the dip is golden and fluffy.
  • Serve with colorful vegetables such as paprika, celery and carrots cut into strips.
