  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100 g raisins
  • 50 g candied fruits (optional)
  • Cling film or bag

  • Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Add yeast and milk, condensed milk, soft butter, eggs and vanilla extract. Knead the dough.
  • Gradually add raisins and candied fruits, continuing to knead the dough. It should turn out soft and elastic.
  • Cover the bowl with cling film or place in a bag and leave the dough in a warm place for 1-2 hours. It should rise.
  • Once the dough has risen, carefully place it on the work surface. Divide the dough into two parts and form them into cakes.
  • Place the cakes on baking sheets or in special forms. Leave them to rise for another 30-60 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the cakes for about 30-40 minutes, or until they are golden on top.

You can decorate the cakes with icing, fondant, chocolate figures, marshmallows, meringues or other treats.
