Step-by-step preparation of cauliflower soup

  • Divide the cabbage into small pieces. They should be small enough.
  • Heat some oil in a large saucepan and add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook them over medium heat until soft and fragrant, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Add the chopped cauliflower to the onion and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
