Fragrant charlotte with juicy plums is a great choice for tea or dessert. For the test you will need:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 150 g of sugar;
  • 150 g flour;
  • 1 tsp dough baking powder.

For filling:

  • 400 g plums;
  • 2 tbsp Sahara;
  • 1 tsp cinnamon.

Step by step cooking

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing gently. Pour the dough into a mold and lay the halves of the plums on top. Sprinkle the filling with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes.

Salad with plums, blue cheese and walnuts

This original salad will be a real decoration of any table. For cooking you will need:

  • 200 g plums;
  • 150 g blue cheese;
  • 100 g walnuts;
  • 150 g iceberg lettuce;
  • 2 tbsp olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Step by step cooking

Cut plums into quarters, blue cheese into small pieces, coarsely chop the walnuts. Tear the iceberg lettuce with your hands. In a large bowl, combine plums, cheese, nuts, and lettuce. Prepare dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, shake well. Dress the salad before serving.

Beef with plums in caramelized sauce

This gourmet dish combines tender beef meat with the sweet and sour taste of plums. For cooking you will need:

  • 500 g beef (it is best to use the pulp from the back);
  • 200 g of ripe plums;
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce;
  • 2 tbsp honey;
  • 2 tbsp red wine;
  • Salt and pepper to taste;
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

Step by step cooking

Cut beef into thin strips, season with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the beef over high heat until golden brown. Remove meat from skillet.

In the same pan, add honey and soy sauce, let them caramelize. Then return the seared beef to the pan, add the red wine and mix thoroughly. After that, add the plums, previously cut in half and peeled. Cook over medium heat until the plums are soft and the sauce has thickened.
