Spaghetti with shrimps in garlic sauce

Ingredients:
- 300 g spaghetti
- 300 g shrimp, peeled
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for decoration
Preparation:
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until done.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic until golden brown.
- Add shrimp and fry until golden brown.
- Place the cooked spaghetti in the pan and toss with the shrimp and garlic sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Shrimp curry

Ingredients:
- 500 g shrimp, peeled
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. spoons of Thai red curry paste
- 1 large onion, cut into rings
- 1 red pepper, cut into rings
- 2 tbsp. spoons of fish sauce
- 1 tbsp. spoon of brown sugar
- Basil leaves for garnish
Preparation:
- Combine coconut milk and curry paste in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add onion and pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until fully cooked.
- Season with fish sauce and sugar and stir.
- Serve with cooked rice and garnish with basil leaves.
Shrimp in garlic sauce with lemon and pepper

Ingredients:
- 400 g shrimp, peeled
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Preparation:
- Fry the shrimp in olive oil until golden brown.
- Add garlic, fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour lemon juice and zest over shrimp and stir.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Shrimp in orange sauce with ginger and honey

Ingredients:
- 400 g shrimp, peeled
- Juice and zest of 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. spoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Fry the shrimp in sesame oil until cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice and zest, honey, ginger and garlic.
- Add the sauce to the shrimp and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds, on a bed of cooked rice.
