The victim was a reporter and employee of an Australian radio station, Joshua Fox. He said that he followed the actor in a bar, then approached him and asked him to make one feature out of his role. But at that moment the actor was not in the mood for dialogue. He demanded that he not be filmed and that all footage be deleted. But the journalist refused to do this.
Fox noted that he did not want to do this because he felt uncomfortable. And this was his only proof. But Jacob Elordi lost his temper, pushed the reporter against the wall and began squeezing his throat with his hands.
